Returns/Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible products that were purchased directly through our website within 60 days upon arrival. All sale items are still eligible for 60 day returns, unless they fall under final sale. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted by emailing: info@milkiiway.com prior to 60 days of purchase, and a Milkiiway order number must be provided in order to initiate a return.
As long as the return was pre-authorized, we will issue a refund for the price of the item if we receive it in unused condition with tags attached within 60 days from the date it was delivered to you. We cannot accept used items due to Health and Safety.
All Refunds are applied to the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless prior arrangements have been made, such as in the case of a gift. We recommend sending the package with insurance and tracking notifications as we can't be responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Please send it in the same or similar packaging it was received in, since damaged or soiled items cannot be accepted for a refund. Please include a note with your name and the original order number, so we are able to apply the appropriate refund and/or respond.
In addition we offer 1 year warranty for all our pillows. This includes faulty zippers and defects. If there is a defect or other issue with your item, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve it as soon as possible. We are offering a product we pride ourselves in and will make every effort to ensure you get a great experience ordering through us. We recognize the investment you're making in our product and risk you're taking in trusting us and stand behind it fully.
